Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

RS Beds advertises UK delivery for furniture and mattresses. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm whether your address is served and whether any location restriction or surcharge applies. We will not assume that all UK islands or remote postcodes are included in a free delivery offer.

Charges and times

The website currently advertises free delivery. The total price, any exceptions, optional assembly charges and the estimated dispatch and delivery window for your item must be displayed before payment. Made to order items can have longer lead times; these must be stated on the product page or in the order confirmation. Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of contract formation.

Arranging delivery

We or our delivery partner may contact you to arrange a suitable date. Please ensure the address, telephone number and access instructions are correct and that someone can receive the goods. Tell us in advance about stairs, lifts, narrow doorways, parking limits or other restrictions. We will explain any extra service or re-delivery charge before you agree to it.

At the property

The order confirmation should state whether your selected service is doorstep delivery, delivery to a room or paid assembly. Do not rely on a general website banner for an assembly promise. Examine the packaging and goods when practical and report missing parts or damage promptly, with photographs if possible. Signing for delivery or failing to report damage immediately does not remove your statutory rights.

Delay or failed delivery

If delivery is delayed, we will tell you and agree a revised date where possible. If the agreed deadline is essential or we fail to deliver within an appropriate additional period, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund. If you are unavailable for an agreed delivery, contact us promptly to rearrange it.
