Telephone: +44 7946 813216 . These terms apply to consumer orders placed through the website. Please read them alongside our Delivery Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

Products and information

We sell beds, mattresses, headboards, sofas and other furniture. Product descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials, configuration options and any assembly requirements appear on the relevant product page. Check measurements, access routes and your chosen options before ordering. Images are illustrative; colours may vary with screens and lighting. We will contact you if an important description or availability error affects your order.

Prices and ordering

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Any delivery or optional assembly charge must be shown before you place your order. An order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, rather than merely acknowledging receipt. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

Payment and Klarna

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where Klarna is offered, its availability and terms are presented during checkout and your use of Klarna is subject to Klarna’s separate approval and payment terms. We remain responsible for supplying the goods and handling product complaints, cancellations and refunds. Klarna handles questions about your Klarna payment plan. Do not claim any specific credit period or interest rate unless the live checkout displays it accurately.

Delivery and access

Delivery areas, charges and estimated times are stated on the product page or at checkout and explained in our Delivery Policy. Please provide an accurate address, working contact number and any access restrictions. Delivery estimates may depend on stock, manufacture and location. Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made. The goods become your responsibility when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them.

Cancellation and returns

For most online purchases you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. The separate Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to notify us, return goods and receive a refund. The statutory cancellation exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised applies only where the particular product actually qualifies; choosing a standard catalogue size or colour does not automatically remove cancellation rights. This exception does not affect rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Faults and statutory rights

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, contact us promptly at the number or address above. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected by these terms or any manufacturer warranty. We will provide the remedy required by law, including arranging collection where appropriate.

Optional services

Where assembly or another paid service is offered, its scope and price must be agreed before purchase. Any request for a service to begin within the cancellation period and the effect of that request will be explained at checkout where applicable.

Website use and liability

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. Content, photographs and branding belong to us or their licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections available to a consumer in another UK jurisdiction.
